Biography
Dr. Chaoqun Huang received his Ph.D. degree in Human Molecular Genetics in Fudan University in China in 2004. He has more than 20 years of research experience in molecular biology and genomics. He has good training in studying genes, proteins, microRNAs, and lncRNAs. In the past several years, Dr. Huang has focused his studies on the expression profiling, pathway and functional studies of miRNAs and lncRNAs in lung diseases including Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases. Currently, he is studying the Iron-responsive element regulatory system and Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
