Biography

I have the privilege of serving as the Assistant Director of Community Wellness Programs, where I focus on developing initiatives that support and improve health outcomes In communities surrounding OSU, as well as our campus community. In addition to this role, I have been fortunate over the last 2 years to work with the next generation of public health professionals as an adjunct instructor, teaching the Substance Abuse and Public Health and Social Determinants of Health classes.

My approach to public health is rooted in community collaboration and a commitment to OSU's land grant mission of service. The success of Community Wellness Programs is a reflection of our dedicated team of public health professionals, combined with the resilience and know-how of the communities in which we work.

I hold a Doctorate in Public Health with an emphasis on Leadership, Equity, and Advocacy from Tulane University. Outside of my primary responsibilities, I am also honored to serve as the public address announcer for the Cowboy Marching Band and the Stillwater Community Band.
