RACHEL COX

Biography

Rachel Cox joined the faculty at OSU in 2017 after spending 5 years working as a CPA in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Oklahoma State with both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting in 2012. After graduating, she passed the CPA and spent 4 years working as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) in Tulsa. At EY, Rachel worked on the financial statement audits of some of the largest oil & gas companies in Oklahoma. She also spent a year and a half working as a CPA for BOK Financial in Tulsa as a Commercial Portfolio Reporting Specialist in the bank's Credit Administration division. At BOKF, Rachel prepared financial reports related to the bank's loan loss allowance, nonaccrual loans, and past-due loans for BOKF's Credit Committee and various regulators. Rachel still maintains her CPA license in the state of Oklahoma.
