Biography
Melanie Breshears, DVM, PhD, DACVP, is a native Oklahoman and earned her B.S.('95), D.V.M.('98), and Ph.D.('04) degrees at Oklahoma State University. She completed training in anatomic veterinary pathology at OSU and joined CVHS faculty in 2005. Since then, Breshears has enjoyed teaching veterinary students in General Pathology, Histology, Case Studies in Systemic Pathology and other courses as well as training pathology residents while performing biopsy and necropsy service duty. She is currently an Adjunct Professor of pathology.
